Eva M.’s experience
I had wanted to experience a lucid dream for a long time, but I never really knew how to go about it. When I tried the Quick-Start PDF, I was skeptical at first — it almost sounded too simple to actually work. Previously, I had spent a long time on reality checks and a dream journal, but saw hardly any results.
I noticed how important my sleep environment is. Small noises or too much light used to disturb me. With earplugs and a sleep mask, sleep became noticeably calmer and more restorative. And I made sure to get enough sleep — that made a huge difference.
The most exciting thing for me was the inner attitude: I tried to stay relaxed and not force anything. I thought about goals for my lucid dream, but more as a guideline in my head, instead of putting pressure on myself. That made the whole experience much easier and more natural.
Then one night, after a sleep interruption, I fell back asleep with the intention to remain still during every awakening and immediately perform the technique. It must have been around the third attempt that night when I imagined doing the swimming motion. And suddenly it wasn't a visualization anymore — I could really feel and see the water around me. I was so positively surprised that I woke up.
Since then it works more and more often. Many thanks also for all the free extras alongside the PDF. I continued to deepen my practice and can now honestly say: I can experience lucid dreams almost on demand and the great thing is I no longer wake up immediately but actually get to carry out my plans.
