Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Max Storm, c/o IP-Management #3436, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18, 20459 Hamburg, Germany, lucidlabcontact@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the service has been fully performed and performance began only after you gave your explicit consent to start executing the contract before the withdrawal period ended, and you confirmed your acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

Proportionate Payment for Early Start of Service

If you requested that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the time you notify us of your withdrawal.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content (e.g., online courses or downloadable PDFs) that is not supplied on a physical medium, if we have begun executing the contract after you have expressly agreed that execution may begin before the withdrawal period expires, and you have confirmed your acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal when execution begins.
