Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from a different method of delivery than the standard offered), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

  • the service has been fully performed, and

  • performance of the contract began only after you gave your express consent to begin the service before the withdrawal period expired, and

  • you acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service had been fully performed.
