1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all agreements between

(hereinafter referred to as the "Provider")
and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Client")
concluded via the website, email, or any other form of electronic communication.

2. Subject of the Agreement
The Provider offers online one-on-one sessions (1:1 coaching). These services are intended solely for educational purposes in the field of lucid dreaming and related topics. They are not a substitute for therapy, professional counseling, or medical treatment.

3. Formation of Contract
A binding agreement for participation in a paid session (or multiple paid sessions) is concluded only after an initial, non-binding consultation and once the Client accepts the proposed fee as stated via email and has paid the full amount. The contract becomes valid upon receipt of payment.

The Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy will be provided to the Client in text form in advance (e.g., via email). By making payment, the Client expressly agrees to these terms.

No entitlement to services exists before payment is received. A free initial consultation does not constitute a legally binding offer but is solely for informational and preparatory purposes.

4. Service Delivery & Code of Conduct

  • Sessions are conducted online via video chat.

  • Sessions are strictly one-on-one; third parties may not attend or participate.

  • Sessions end at the scheduled time, even in the event of a late start.

  • Recordings are only permitted with the Provider’s prior written consent.

  • Clients must be fully clothed, sober, and in a quiet, private environment during the session.

  • Any unprofessional, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.

5. Technical Requirements
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring a functional internet connection, working camera and microphone, and a disruption-free environment. Technical issues on the Client's side do not entitle the Client to a refund.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Rescheduling or cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will be charged in full.

  • Repeated violations or abuse may result in the Provider refusing future bookings.

7. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for distance contracts in accordance with EU law.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the Client expressly consents to the service beginning before the withdrawal period ends and confirms they are aware that their right of withdrawal is forfeited (e.g., by making payment).

8. Refund Policy

  • Payments made within the 14-day withdrawal period will be refunded in full, provided the service has not yet started.

  • Once the service has begun (e.g., the first paid coaching session has taken place), the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

9. Termination by the Provider
The Provider may terminate the agreement without notice at any time if:

  • The Client violates the code of conduct,

  • The Provider feels unsafe, harassed, or threatened by the Client’s behavior or communication,

  • The Client repeatedly reschedules or cancels appointments inappropriately.

In such cases, the Client has no right to a refund. The Provider is not obliged to resume services.

10. Disclaimer of Liability
The services offered are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Participation is at the Client’s own risk and responsibility.

11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy published on the Provider’s website and in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Final Provisions

  • The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.

  • The place of performance and jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the Provider’s place of business.

  • If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected and in full force.
